Happy International Women’s Day! Shoot the Company have been working with several clients recently to help promote a more inclusive, gender equal world. The Mastercard Index of Women Entrepreneurs celebrates the determination of women entrepreneurs around the world, whilst also identifying the supporting conditions needed to help them thrive. The index uses 12 indicators and 25 sub-indicators to look at how 54 economies across the world differ in terms of the level of Women’s Advancement Outcomes, Knowledge Assets & Financial Access, and Supporting Entrepreneurial Factors. At Shoot the Company, we have an exact 50/50 female/male split across our workforce so hopefully are up there with the Philippines when it comes to Women’s Advancement.
