Footballers can be somewhat unpredictable to work with but we were welcomed with open arms by the QFA and the players who wanted to share the inside story of their preparations for the World Cup.
It’s not a secret, they’ve said it themselves. As they prepare to host the FIFA World Cup, Qatar isn’t a team with a long footballing pedigree. Producing ‘The Maroon’ documentary – allowed us to see up close and personal the preparations a team full of relatively unknown players go through to get themselves ready to face the biggest footballing superstars on the planet.
