Our crew spent a memorable few days with Aaron in California and could hardly keep up as Aaron gave us a snapshot into his energetic life.

Aaron was also extremely candid about the mental struggles he faced as he came to terms with his accident and how low his low moments were. We see his incredible support network of friends and family and how Aaron motivates them as much as they help him.

We also see how Aaron is an inspirational figure to others who have had spinal cord injuries and how the way he has constantly pushed against any boundaries put in front of him leads the way. The role of medical research is an important part of the story and we learn why Aaron is such an avid fundraiser for the Wings For Life charity that uses donations to be a game changer in the understanding of the possibilities in recovering from spinal cord injuries.
